Return Policy
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at admin@storeonfire.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The refund amount will be equal to the cost of the returned item(s) minus any shipping charges.
If the item is damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement item free of charge.
Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund and for it to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please email us at admin@storeonfire.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Our team will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
